How do I change the microphone volume on my headset?1. Unplug the headset from your phone
2. Press 3-6-9 & Hold at the same time
3. Press the # key then press hold
4. The Intercom, Line 1 and Line 2 buttons will light or extinguish when pressed.
5. Turn all the lights off to increase the volume, turn all the lights on to decrease the volume.
6. Press the Hold key.
7. Take the handset off-hook and replace it.
