| How do I transfer a call directly to voicemail? | With the caller on the line press the Cnf/Trn key
Dial #407
Enter the extension you wish to transfer to then the # key. | | My message light is on and will not shut off, what do I do? | Dial #409, or Intercom #409 if your phone is set to automatically pick up an outside line. | | How do I change the microphone volume on my headset? | 1. Unplug the headset from your phone
2. Press 3-6-9 & Hold at the same time
3. Press the # key then press hold
4. The Intercom, Line 1 and Line 2 buttons will light or extinguish when pressed.
5. Turn all the lights off to increase the volume, turn all the lights on to decrease the volume.
6. Press the Hold key.
7. Take the handset off-hook and replace it.
