Press F3 for chg.
Key in the new name, press F2 to save.

| How do I transfer to directly to a voice mailbox? | While on the line press "hold" key followed by "430" then the extension or mailbox that the caller would like to reach and end the call by pressing the "xfr/conf" key. |

| How do I forward my phone to an external number? | From the phone you want to forward dial Function 2 or press your Forward key.
Press the F3 key under "next".
Press the F2 key under "ext".
Press the F1 key under "tel".
Enter the telephone number you are forwarding to, as if you were dialing it.
To insert a pause dial Function 70.
Press the F2 key under "save" when done.
Press the Clear key to exit. Your display should read "EXTERNAL FWD".
To cancel the forwarding dial Function 20. |

| How do I form a conference call? | 1. While you are on a call,
2. Press the Hold key.
3. Dial an extension or access a line and dial another party.
4. Press the Function key then the XFR/CONF key.
Note: To add a fourth party to the conference repeat steps 2 thru 4. |
| How do I know what my extension is? | On any display phone look at the bottom right side
of the display and your extension will be shown it
usually starts with a (2) example (201)(242). |
| How do I pick up a call that is ringing at another phone? | Dial 460.
460 will pickup any call that is ringing on the entire system. |
| How do I add a speed dial? | Press Function 1
Enter an available bin number (00-19)
Press the F3 key for chg.
Enter the speed dial number.
Press F2 to save the number
To use your speed dial number;
Pick up an outside line press Function then dial 1 and the bin number (F100).
