SHIPPINGProducts offered at this site are only available for delivery within the continental United States, Alaska and Canada. Shipping rates are higher for packages sent outside of the continental United States. Orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S. are subject to all applicable customs charges which will be in addition to your order. These charges are collected C.O.D. by UPS.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday except on holidays. In stock items will be shipped within five business days. You will be contacted by e-mail if your order cannot be filled completely within ten days. Products are shipped via UPS ground. UPS Next Day Air delivery service is available at an additional cost. UPS Next Day Air service is based on the date your order is filled, not the date your order is placed. Orders are filled in 48 hours, then shipped via UPS Next Day Air. Packages shipped to Alaska are shipped via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air. This is the only service UPS offers to Alaska. Weekend delivery is not available. Packages cannot be shipped to a post office box. If additional shipping costs are required for shipments outside the U.S., our customer service department will contact you by e-mail. RETURNSAt Absolute Communication Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will honor the manufacturers warranty period on the items you purchase. If you refuse an order or return items within 30 days, we charge a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept items that are not in origional packaging or show signs of use.
To ship an item for warranty repair, please call for an RMA#, then simply use a method of shipping that is most convenient to you (please use a tracking method) and send the item back to us at the address below.
Re-Seal the original box with all of the original packaging and product tags/labels and ship to: Absolute Communication Solutions (Returns Dept.), 1721 East Main St. #4, Grass Valley, CA 95945
Simply ship the item back to us using the most convenient method for you (Please use a tracking method to ensure the package is delivered to us).
Important Details:
Absolute Communication Solutions will not accept returns of used merchandise.
You will receive credit for the price of the items and any taxes, but not for the original shipping costs.
There is a 15% restocking fee charged on returns.
Due to variations in administrative practices of credit card companies, please allow up to two full billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Return shipments that do not meet the above criteria or that have been shipped without the required return policies will be refused and returned, with no credit issued to your account.
Absolute Communication Solutions will not process a refund or exchange if the return request has not been submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
